th. The Coach Pry Richmond Tailgate Tour event is being held at the Hardywood Brewery at West Creek and begins at 6:00 PM. The cost is $25 and includes two drinks. If you haven’t registered and want to attend, use this link:

rd, at 6:00 PM and run through Friday, May 31
st at 5:00 PM. We have two Enter Sandman Experiences, two footballs signed by Coach Pry with display cases, a basketball signed by Coach Duffy with a display case, a Discovery Membership to the University Club, tickets to each home football game, and a Lot 4 season parking pass. Here is your chance to add memorabilia to your collection, get on the field for Enter Sandman, or get great seats to see the Hokies play! Seatbacks are included this year too! Since you were a registered bidder for our previous auctions, we are contacting you in hopes that you will be interested in getting in on the action again!
The Richmond Hokie Club seats are in the West stands, Section 111, Row DD, which is two rows down from the tunnel entrance/exit. Our tickets are being auctioned in three sets of two tickets for each home game. The football tickets won’t be available until August and will be transferred to you electronically. Once the auction has ended, we will contact the winners to arrange for delivery of any physical items, (Footballs, Basketball, etc.) so please make sure your contact information and mailing address in your registration is correct.
You can access the auction by going to
www.auctria.com/auction/RichmondTailgateTour. You can also access the auction on your smartphone by going to the link or using the QR code below. There is also an Auctria App if you prefer to download that to your phone. When you access the auction through the link, QR code or Auctria App, it will take you directly to the auction website. From there please click on Register for the Online Auction button. Your registration information should be populated, and you can proceed with the registration there. Please be advised that internet service at Hardywood Brewery is weak and we have experienced connection issues in the past. We will have at least two people with computers at the site to help with bidding, if needed.
There is a chance that additional tickets and/or other auction items may become available and added to the auction, so check the auction often to monitor your bids and check out any additional items that may have been added.
